Ugh. Stupid. F*ck. @$$.

Ok that's enough for one blog.

Well if you read my previous blog, I stayed up until like whenever I posted it and fell asleep. Got 2 hours of sleep (if even). So then I woke up and we went around DC once again.... (already not following schedule. sigh).

Took pictures (again), at least we went to the Washington Monument this time around and took some close up pictures of it. I think I have been dropped into a tribe of non-digital camera picture taker considering they can't work my camera very well (same ref to Josh's blog about us having cool cameras and people can't work it).

So we got into the van after the rounds of pictures @ WM and Capitol Hill. Stopped at a rest stop to use the bathroom. THEN stopped within like 5 minutes to get popeye's. WHY couldn't we go to the bathroom at Popeye's in the first place... oy.

Finally we ended up on the real free/high-way and continue on to NYC. Lucky for me, I slept, maybe, 75% on the way there. After arriving, we got into the boat/ferry/water transportation from NY to Liberty Island! In short, we met Lady Liberty that was given by France to the US. (yea we're lame and had to get everything given to us that's cool.. lol jk, but tell me if u find one that's cool not given to us).

My FRUSTRATION: their camera sucks against sun so they wanted me to take pictures using my camera for some of the time. I took their pictures and they can't take my pictures, i.e. they started walking to the other part of the island after I'm done taking their pictures. They tried to be nice by "do you not want your pictures taken?" I was like... ehhhh. do you even know how to take one? but I didn't say it.

They already messed up MY picture by not taking the angle of the light with the settings. End result: their pictures? good. my pictures? dark and ugly (oh and they complained that my picture is ugly). So basically almost all of their pictures from my camera is like good and mine is not unless I told them how to do it correctly. sigh.

I'm not complaining about not having pictures but at least treat me like I'm a person that also want my pictures taken (I'm just saying in this regard since their servant has like 3x as much pictures taken of her today than I have on the entire trip [maybe I'm just exaggerating on the number but it's close enough]).

So today I took like 471 pictures and if I'm lucky, 20 of them will have me on it. If not, then Idk what to say about it anymore. I'm thinking that I should get an EHD (external hard drive for you non-geek lol) so that I can store pictures that is not of me and pictures that I took for my enjoyment.

So I think after going to Liberty Island, we went to ground zero or WTC remembrance block. Not to be disrespectful, but the sunlight was not that great when we were there to take pictures.

Then we went to eat lunch, err dinner at some Thai Restaurant. was pretty good, lots of food and good break from sitting in the car... stuffed.

Times Square here we come! so I took a nap on the way there so i have no idea where we were when we arrived... I don't feel like typing the whole evening so in short, they went shopping, I got lost and had to find the other group and then I just took off with one of the auntie and take pictures ourselves (she's one of the nicer one, FYI or at least that talks to me [does not mean that the others are bad/mean to me!]). So pictures of Times Square. I had some good traffic shots that I have to watermark first so people don't steal my work (yes thank you Arnie Abrams for telling me that) lol (that was for you Erinn!).

so in the end we went around the Square, which does not seem like a square to me.
it's like an oval and they made it look like a square so people can take pictures without being run over by crazy drivers! hah!

Um, then that's it... I guess. The night's event was pretty hilarious after that cuz I called some people back home/Oregon:

uh hum. first I called Erinn the .... and she hung up on me cuz she was watching a movie
Patrick called me back after 3 hours of standby
Robin didn't txt me back, gosh Robin
Kenna also didn't txt me back but I heard she was at a party
Patrick lied again for calling back
Erinn was drunk dialing and reached me in error (ok maybe that was a false assumption)
Devynne did not want to talk to me... gosh thanks a lot.
Patrick then Skyped me "yo"

From this morning:
I turned off my iPhone so I could listen to music on the way from Maryland/DC to NYC (well it was in airplane mode)
Once I arrived at the "Popeye's" pit stop, I disabled airplane mode and got like a gazillion texts from Robin, Erinn, Josh, and Patrick (Patrick cheated and txt me on my other number cuz he was on FB)
Robin wrote me (or herself) a song! It made my day considering I was sitting in a car all day... *I still thinks that my song is better than hers :-P
Erinn basically told me that I'm stupid in one of her text
Patrick is being ridiculous just as before
Josh's tweets sucked lol. (he didn't tweet while visiting Crater Lake)

Currently:
I'm supposed to be sleeping, and up in like 3-4 hours, which is plenty enough sleep/time for me.
I'm somewhat talking on skype with Patrick
and people are waking up to go to work....

Well that is NYC for you. I think I'll fit in nicely here
